This is as important as considering what you like. When you see something you don't like it will help you refine your design and make informed materials choices for your project. Especially when discussing ideas with others, it is entirely possible that something will sound great, but turn out to be something you hate. Making notes of materials and colors you don't like might come in handy when you are shopping or considering less expensive alternatives to your finished design. Seeing something at a home show or in a model home that you don't like will help you make decisions when choosing between fixtures, plumbing, paint colors, flooring materials, and many other items.
