If your purpose is to create a fresh look with your remodel, or to prepare your house for sale, you might be able to achieve your goals with cosmetic changes rather than major structural renovation or an addition. There are a number of relatively simple and inexpensive cosmetic changes that can dramatically change the appearance of your home. You might consider such changes as these:
- Repaint with lighter or brighter colors
